Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or video showing the problem. Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund.

We cannot accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong size/color selected

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Items without proof of defect

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
